Metablitz Mechanica: Student Build
A downloadable game for Windows
Produced over 10 weeks as a senior capstone project for UCSC's 170 series.
Metablitz Mechanica is a 3D platformer that focuses on freedom of movement and player expression, heavily inspired by titles like JSRF in both style and gameplay.
The student build conveys a vertical slice of the system mechanics and general gameplay experience- expect further updates to flesh out level design, gameplay goals and mechanics, and visual polish and asset work.

Movement feels really nice and polished, and great character design as usual!
Fantastic gamefeel and proof of concept! If you're continuing to develop this project, I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes. Nice work, James!
